This blog is specially dedicated to all current and ex-honorary committee members, associated and affiliated members of PERSIB Cawangan Daerah Belait, Negara Brunei Darussalam

PERSIB Cawangan Daerah Belait was formed in the late 80's and has successfully preserved and promoted the Pencak Silat, the traditional Malay martial arts, to the children and youth in the Belait District.

PERSIB Cawangan Daerah Belait actively participates in the pencak silat championships which is held every year in conjunction with His Majesty's Birthday. The contingent from Daerah Belait is renowned for being the best and respected by others.

PERSIB Cawangan Daerah Belait Committee Members was previously led by the Yang DiPertua Hj. Zabidi bin Ali who himself was one of the Brunei's participants to the SEA Games in Jakarta Indonesia back in 1987. History was made when he had proudly won the first gold medal for Negara Brunei Darussalam.
